Clarisonic brushes use brush heads that move through sonic technology. The bristles oscillate as they deep cleanse and get rid of your skin’s oil, dirt, and other unwanted particles. However, bristles are known to collect bacteria, which tend to cause breakouts. Therefore, it is recommended to replace brush heads every 3-4 months.
During the first few weeks of usage, you might experience what we call the “purging phase” This phase is a temporary stage to allow all the trapped dirt particles to move to the surface of the skin and eventually get “purged.”

Of all the non-Clarisonic brands out there, it appears that the Soniclear is giving these other companies a run for their money to quickly becoming Clarisonic’s biggest rival.
According to their website, Soniclear is the world’s first facial brush to have an antimicrobial product protection feature. With this feature, there are two benefits that you can expect. One, your brush heads can last longer. Instead of 3 months, you can change your brush heads every after 6 months. Second, microbes that cause breakouts are eliminated (although, I'm not sure how true that is).
Another feature that Soniclear face brushes have is C-Boost Collagen Technology. According to Michael Todd, this technology has been clinically proven to improve the appearance of fine lines, the skin’s firmness, and the skin’s texture.
Soniclear brushes also come with an inductive charger. But unlike Clarisonic, the charging base also acts as a storage cradle.

FOREO LUNA
This face brush is definitely a sensational product, because unlike Clarisonic or Soniclear (and many many more bristle brushes), it uses a Silicone-based cleansing system.
It still works through sonic technology, but instead of using bristles, they use silicone micro-fingers that do the pulsations. As advertised, the Luna removes 99.5% of oil and dirt.
The Luna has two areas – the front and the back. The front part is called the “cleansing side” and the back part is called the “anti-aging” side.
Bristle-type facial brushes usually have one or two settings. But with the Luna, you’ll get 8 speed options. On the device, there is a “+” and “-” signs that you can use to suit your preference. Also, the fact that it is not a bristle based brush is obviously huge. You will never have to replace a brush head again! That is, by far, the most hygienic and money saving feature ever. However, as you probably expected, the price runs a little higher that our bristle brushes.

NAZELLE FACIAL CLEANSING BRUSH
Nazelle silicone facial cleansing brush is an affordable alternative to Foreo Luna, that uses silicone micro fingers, that deliver up to 6000 pulsations a minute. The
face brush cleans, exfoliates, and massages your skin. If you want to exfoliate, choose a higher speed for pulsations. I should warn you, over-exfoliating your skin can really cause some damage, so do it no more than once a week.
If you want a gentle cleanse that will remove 99% of make-up residue, oil, and dirt, use it every day for 1-2 minutes at a lower speed. WIN!
Just like Foreo, the back side is considered to be "anti-aging". The massager feels great on your skin, as well as helps improve the production of collagen, which is responsible for your skin's staying young and firm. WIN-WIN!

Aside from those, you might also be interested in the ProX because it has two speed settings – one speed option for your daily deep cleansing needs, and another for gentle exfoliation. It comes with a cleansing foam head that you should replace every 3 months.
Since it’s from Olay, expect that a team of dermatologists is involved in its creation. As advertised, this device is designed with the Global Derm Alliance, an alliance between Olay and a group of “world-renowned” experts.
